I like the first outfit: pale yellow button up RL w/ thin white stripes, khaki dress pants, plain white Sean John runners, and a black wool Club Monaco jacket. Though I would make one minor adjustment, trade out the khakis for a slightly darker dress pant. If you are wearing a lighter color on top, it should be balanced with a darker color on bottom. it's more complimentary. I'm not saying black, but a darker charcoal gray dress slack might look better. http://www1.macys.com/catalog/product/index.ognc?ID=216396&CategoryID=90&LinkType=EverGreen http://www1.macys.com/catalog/product/index.ognc?ID=149436&CategoryID=90&LinkType=EverGreen

How do I incorporated in NV or in another tax free state close to NY where I live, I'm low on $$$ now but soon

How do I incorporated in NV or in another tax free state close to NY where I live, I'm low on $$$ now but soon
I live in NY I work all over the world as a consultant, I want to be legal with IRS but do I incorporate in NV or setup in tax free county like monaco or nevis? i do very little US work. MY wife will not sign as a legal partner to get legal business partner as I am disabled physically, I just use my brain, but she's afraid to go to jail. I'm not happy living on the dole! I do have a 190+ IQ. I want to do the right thing, but in this rich or poor world things make it hard to do the right thing always. Does anyones know the cost and time frame of NV corprate licensing.? I really appreciate all the detailed help I can get. No bull sh*t please, we are talking providing for my family vs. going to jail.- John

If you have an IQ of 190 it would seem that you would be able to find the info yourself. The NV Secretary of State's website link is below. Good luck.
2 :
To form an LLC in NV contact this lady. Sandy @ agents@nevada.org ph. no. 775-882 4641 The initial fee was $215 I hope this helps

It does not matter where you work. Whatever entity you set up, you will wish to take profits out of the business to live on, right? In that case, you will have to pay NY taxes becaus that is where you live. Remember, not all free advice is worth the money! (Think about it.) You should consult with a NY CPA, who will be able to advise you best. Do not rush to a low-tax jurisdiction without considering the effect on your own personal return. Ultimately, that is the bottom line.

If you live and work out of NY you will not be able to avoid tax in NY by incorporating in NV or another tax free state. You would have to move to that state, establish a permanent residence there and work from that state.

If you live in NY, you will pay NY taxes regardless of where you incorporate. What makes you think you need a partner just because you are disabled? According to the sources I found searching for 'IQ score range', 140 is just about the top of the scale. Therefore, given the grammatical problems in your question, I refuse to believe you have an IQ 50+ points above Genius

Is a British citizen taxed in the UK if he/ she spends the entire tax year working in a tax free country

Is a British citizen taxed in the UK if he/ she spends the entire tax year working in a tax free country?
Is a British citizen taxed in the UK if he/ she spends the entire tax year working in a tax free country (say Monaco/ Dubai)? (Assuming this is a contractual thing & only happens once every 3-4 years & is the only profession) Does UK claim taxes for this income? How can the money be remitted the following year without any tax implications?

Hi,check out this link http://shelteroffshore.com/index.php/living/more/uk_tax_law_working_abroad Good Luck
2 :
If the person is absent from the UK for an entire tax year (6 April to 5 April), they would be considered non resident for tax purposes and not be liable to tax on their overseas earnings. It does not matter whether the income is remitted to the Uk or not.

Was Diana a Saint or Sinner or just a basic Slapper

Was Diana a Saint or Sinner or just a basic Slapper?
An American Barrister has given a basic description of the ideal of the type. Diana,Princess of Wales was a well-brought up aristocrat, trained in the principles of service;Diana Frances Spencer learned at an early age, that to whom much is given, much is expected. She began her humanitarian work at West Heath, where she visited retirement homes. As Princess of Wales, she ran many charities. Anne, the Princess Royal,Marie Chantal, the Princess Pavlos of Greece,Caroline of Hanover and Monaco are also princesses who work hard at their charitable endeavors and businesses.

The description is a fairy tale version. Fact is if she had been born on a council estate it would be slapper. Because she was privileged it is saint even though all her kind acts were stunts that the press were notified of in advance.
2 :
I think all three of those descriptions are fairly extreme to apply to a person. 1) I mean she was a healthy beautiful unattached woman. If she wanted a one night stand with John F Kennedy Jr. who could blame her? Millions of women would say yes. Do you remember "the contest" episode of Seinfeld where JFK Jr was working out in Elaine's gym? Let's face it, most women are not nuns. 2) She certainly had deep loyalties to charity, and was clearly a good mother. 3) I think she clearly did some petty things. I have done many things in my life that I am not proud of, so I can't fault her. ======================== Royalty is hard on people. I mean celebrity can be awful as well, but at least celebrities usually chose to become celebrities. Politicians often move to new positions in their life where they are no longer of widespread interest. Royals can't get away from the attention.

Diana grew up in an environment of her two parents going to full-scale war during their divorce. After years of taking abuse from her drunken husband, Diana's mother finally bolted. Although Diana's sisters seem to have survived the experience and become fairly well-adjusted adults, both Diana and her brother had what can only be referred to as "personality problems"....which are quite well documented. Diana was trained at nothing except what made Diana feel good at the time. She failed miserably at school, and even lacked the intelligence and self-control to complete the studies at "finishing school"...which are, quite frankly, designed to teach even the stupidest girls how to behave nicely in public;...and are certainly NOT difficult. She never RAN a charity...the Palace scheduled and arranged for her to show up for the events the charities held...and she read speeches prepared for her by Palace staff personnel. The "humanitarian work" at West Heath referred to in your question is a matter of accompanying the rest of her class on a school-planned field trip to a retirement home. The next week they probably went to a zoo, but that does not constitute "veterinarian work". The only thing one can tell that she worked hard at was promoting herself...and most of her efforts were devoted to either her personal grooming, or following the advice of image consultants to promote her "public image". She was, from all accounts, also a poor mother....failing to exercise enough self-control to refrain from engaging in full scenes at home in front of the children....and then, later, revealing intimate details of her marriage and her infidelities in such a public way that it was a complete humiliation for her sons, and has even led to speculation as to the father of her second son. This is clearly not the work of a good mother! Yet, as with all troubled people, one must simply say that she was some of all of your categories. Too bad that she could not have gotten some professional help with her problems early on. One can only wonder why anyone would suggest her as a positive role model to emulate. Even the dear Queen Mother and Diana's own grandmother were ashamed of Diana and how she behaved. It's pretty bad when your own grandmother is ashamed of you, and the Queen Mother was famous for her tolerance of other people's foibles. One can also only wonder why someone who professed to be such an admirer of the UK Royal Family would hold such a high opinion of someone who, out of extreme selfishness, brought the Queen and her children scandal, embarrassment, and betrayal.

This very difficult question....however....after give attention for which deserve....have make fair conclusion. Saint = 4.5% Sinner = 25.5% Slapper = 70% * Of course....this perhaps have margin for error. Please to allow 1% each way. ** Perhaps barrister come from Lala land.
5 :
The third option.

I am with the Major on this. Diana, despite her many attractive qualities, was not a very moral woman. The least she could have done was to keep her indiscretions to herself to protect her children.
