what to wear on a plane

what to wear on a plane ?
I travel alot , my father works for a cruise line company and every time we get a break in school we travel some where, usually we fly. I have always just worn jeans and a an American Eagle Polo , (but latley i am trying to pull away from that look) anyway i want to wear a causual/ formal look like a sport coat suit thing with a shirt under it but no tie if you know what i mean http://www.babble.com/CS/blogs/famecrawler/2007/12/01-07/george_clooney_brad_pitt_ocean's_eleven_gay-bathroom-julia-roberts-larry-craig.jpg basically what Brad is wearing on the right , would that be ok, i am only a teenager but i look rwally good in a suit or blazer. Also the flight would be from orlando to like JFK then to Niece or Monaco wich are both in France and would that be ok for wlaking around in those citys? thank you for your help :)

it is more appropriate for first class, but maybe you could replace the collared shirt with a tee or lose the blazer.

i live in virginia and went out the dulles airport and flew to nyc then i flew to moscow. all together 13 hour fligt its a pain you want to be comfortable. even if that means not looking your best. really you could bring those in a bag on carry on and change at the airport when you are there. thats what i did. i went on the plane in my pjs and changed into jeans and a longsleave shirt (it waas butt cold there)

I think since that will be a really long flight, you should go more for comfort on the plane, like jeans or sweats and a tee, then when you get to monaco, change into your blazer and jeans.

I have been to both Nice and to Monaco (the city is actually called Monte Carlo and Monaco is the name of the tiny country which it is in) and unless you are a thirty / forty something millionaire you are going to look way over dressed, the young in southern Europe dress very emo or very skater, skinny jeans brightly coloured tees with hoodies and desert scarves oversized brightly coloured sunglasses etc or baggy shorts muscle tees and beads round their necks and ankles and flipflops. The Cote D'Azure is a very chilled relaxed place that is only really formal at night in the big hotels.
